About the Role: 

We're seeking a compassionate, skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients and families across the Triangle. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and guide the RBTs and Behavior Technicians who deliver care.

Responsibilities: 

• Support clients in homes or clinics across the Triangle region (Durham, Chapel Hill, Mebane, Apex, Morrisville, Cary)
• Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA-based treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Train and support families and caregivers in behavioral strategies
• Provide behavioral skills training and data-based performance feedback for RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and ABA
• Complete supervision CEUs per BACB recertification standards
• Maintain session and supervision notes, program materials, and insurance documentation
• Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals

Experience:

• Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification
• Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in data collection methods relevant to behavioral therapy.
• Familiarity with client assessment techniques and medical documentation processes.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of confidentiality in patient care.

About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated, organized Director of Student Services to lead our student program across the Triangle. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure each student's educational and behavioral needs are met.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the daily operations of the student program across home, clinic, and school settings in the Triangle region
• Manage student intake, enrollment, scheduling, and transitions into and out of the program
• Ensure each student's program reflects individualized educational and behavioral goals
• Manage a small caseload of clients, including conducting assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, coordinating care and providing family and caregiver training
• Lead, schedule, and support program staff, including BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
• Develop and refine program curricula, routines, and activities grounded in current best practices
• Monitor student progress and program outcomes using data to guide improvements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, BACB ethics standards, and applicable educational requirements
• Oversee accurate and timely student records, program documentation, and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, school districts, and referral sources
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions
• Complete CEUs in accordance with BACB recertification standards
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree (minimum) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA or BCBA-D)
• Good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 5+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience leading or coordinating programs for BCBA candidates (Students)
• Prior experience supervising and supporting RBT & BCBA candidates (students)
• Proficiency in data collection and progress monitoring

We are seeking a people-first, client-driven Clinical Director to lead our clinical team. In this role, you will oversee the quality and consistency of care across our practice, supervise and mentor our BCBAs and RBTs, and help shape clinical systems as we grow. You will also maintain a reduced caseload, staying connected to the clients and families we serve.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership

• Oversee clinical programming across the practice to ensure services are effective, ethical, and aligned with current best practices
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, including case reviews, treatment plan approvals, and professional development
• Lead training and onboarding for clinical staff, using behavioral skills training (BST) to build competency
• Develop and refine clinical policies, procedures, quality assurance processes, and program materials
• Monitor client progress and outcome data across caseloads, and guide teams in adjusting treatment strategies
• Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and payer compliance
• Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and clinical trainings
• Partner with practice leadership on staffing, caseload assignments, hiring, and clinical growth

Direct Clinical Services (Reduced Caseload)

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide caregiver training and support on behavioral interventions and strategies
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to support holistic care

Service Delivery

• Provide services in clients’ homes and at our clinic throughout the Triangle region
• Partial remote work available

Qualifications in Experience:

Required

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or the ability to obtain one before your start date
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing BCBA, with a focus on children with autism or developmental disabilities
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (e.g., Lead BCBA, Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Clinical Director)
• Experience supervising BCBAs, RBTs, and/or supervisees pursuing certification
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland), data collection systems, and treatment planning
• Working knowledge of insurance authorization processes and payer documentation requirements
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality in client care
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift, bend, squat, and push/pull up to 50 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
