About the Role: 

We're seeking a compassionate, skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients and families across the Triangle. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, design and monitor individualized treatment plans, and guide the RBTs and Behavior Technicians who deliver care.

Responsibilities: 

• Support clients in homes or clinics across the Triangle region (Durham, Chapel Hill, Mebane, Apex, Morrisville, Cary)
• Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA-based treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Train and support families and caregivers in behavioral strategies
• Provide behavioral skills training and data-based performance feedback for RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and ABA
• Complete supervision CEUs per BACB recertification standards
• Maintain session and supervision notes, program materials, and insurance documentation
• Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals

Experience:

• Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification
• Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in data collection methods relevant to behavioral therapy.
• Familiarity with client assessment techniques and medical documentation processes.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of confidentiality in patient care.

About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated, organized Director of Student Services to lead our student program across the Triangle. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure each student's educational and behavioral needs are met.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the daily operations of the student program across home, clinic, and school settings in the Triangle region
• Manage student intake, enrollment, scheduling, and transitions into and out of the program
• Ensure each student's program reflects individualized educational and behavioral goals
• Manage a small caseload of clients, including conducting assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, coordinating care and providing family and caregiver training
• Lead, schedule, and support program staff, including BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
• Develop and refine program curricula, routines, and activities grounded in current best practices
• Monitor student progress and program outcomes using data to guide improvements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, BACB ethics standards, and applicable educational requirements
• Oversee accurate and timely student records, program documentation, and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, school districts, and referral sources
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions
• Complete CEUs in accordance with BACB recertification standards
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree (minimum) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA or BCBA-D)
• Good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 5+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience leading or coordinating programs for BCBA candidates (Students)
• Prior experience supervising and supporting RBT & BCBA candidates (students)
• Proficiency in data collection and progress monitoring
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
